Last June 21, 2019 at 9:00AM, Solsona National High School conducted symposium

for the students to increase their awareness regarding dengue fever. The representatives

from the Municipal Health Office, Ms. Jane Bernadette Macadangdang, Rural Health Midwife

served as the resource speaker during the lecture discussion together with Mrs. Rosenda

and symptoms of dengue fever like fever, headache, muscle pains, nausea and vomiting

and skin rashes.

The most important way to prevent and control Dengue Fever is to search and

destroy favorable breeding sites of the Aedes Aegypti mosquitoes. This can be done by
maintaining cleanliness of the surroundings and discarding containers that collect water

suitable for breeding. The habit should start individually hence everybody will follow.
