Makati City for and in consideration of Seventy-Five Million Pesos (P75,000,000.00) to me paid
by VANESSA CHONG, Filipino, of legal age, married and resident of 5k Amorsolo West,
Amorsolo Drive, Rockwell Center, Makati do hereby RESELL, RETRANSFER and
RECONVEY unto said VANESSA CHONG that certain parcel of land, with all the buildings
and improvements thereon, situated at Makati City, and more particularly described, as follows:

S.36deg. 06`E, 1243.00mm from B.L.B.M No.167, Cad.276, Makati Cadastre,

thence….S.37deg 53`E, 40.21m to pt.2; N.69deg. 23`W, 10.00m to pt.5; S.37deg. 54`E.,
50.00m to pt. of beginning; and containing an area of 3,921 sq. m. more or less

covered by Transfer (or Original) Certificate of Title No. 327 of the Registry of Deeds of
Makati, and which property was previously sold to under pacto de retro by the said VANESSA
CHONG on 5 March 2008 executed before Notary Public of Makati City and bearing Notarial
Registration No. ___, Page No. ____, Book No. ____ and Series of 2008 of his Notarial Register,
a copy of which is attached as ANNEX A.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have signed this deed this 20th day of August 2008 at
