I am consistently

I demonstrate a professional demeanor at all times, while with my students and
school community. I follow all state education codes, legal requirements, district
and site policies, contractual agreements, and ethical responsibilities. I am always
trying to make sure that everything I do while teaching is helping students
succeed. I don’t want to just make sure my students make it fourth grade, I want
to set them up to succeed in life and want to give them tools that will make
