Koh Pich Bored Pile (KPBP) as sub-contractor should do pre-inspection on rebar cage before
handing final inspection to KPCC as main-contractor and MAM. MAM as inspector has been
supervised in previous times to KPBP & KPCC about the current issue with cover block quality.
