1- Bored pile contractor should not have remove the casing without checking it vertical.

2- KPCC’s surveying should not have setting out new pile coordinate which is located closed

to the existing fresh concreted pile that casted under 24 hours. The distance between each

piling work should be larger than 5 time the diameter to prevent bad effect to the existing one.
