INFORMATION REQUIRED:

Dear Sir,
As we know the Duluxe Villa is ongoing constructing as all units of building in construction especially,
for now, the Twin villa has been completed sub-structure work. The execution is regular gain of
progress; however, its difficulty of workflow goes and maybe affect the inspection due to some
important information as well as any necessary document had not been released yet. Depending on
the mention above I would like to ask some crucial documents about Precast Villa, basely known
Duluxe project during construction below:
1. Full set of Construction Drawing for Twin-Villa (Structural, Architectural, MEP)
2. BoQ of Twin-Villa (Structural, Architectural, MEP)
3. Schedule (Master & Micro Schedule)
