PR6 : Koh Pich Bored Pile (KPBP) contractor should pay high attention on concrete working, thus

the team should casting bored pile before the setting time of concrete.

KPBP/DIBP shall also have notified related parties about the adjustment of concrete slump &

chemical admixture adding.

Note: With these mentioned issues, KPCC should have taken action and dealt with the teams.

 Issue: Continuing concreting at the setting time. Concrete has already reached initial setting time; bored pile
contractor has fully spent 5 hours to completely finish casting concrete which supplied by concrete mixer
truck CM-44; included with delivery concrete to site.
Slump : Concrete was adjusted slump and added chemical admixture to delay the setting time without notify
officially to related parties or without formal substances list submitted of the mixing. KPBP proposed for
slump adjusting.
Molds : DIBP did not provide additional molds to the new made up mixture for its strength testing.
Delivery duration : 1 hour and 30mn as average from Koh Pich batching plant to site
