Layunin ng Kuwento:
Ang kuwento sa aklat na ito ay para sa mga mag-aaral sa mababang antas. Ito
ay naayon sa mga paksang nakapaloob sa mga asignatura ng K to 12 Kurrikulum
kung saan mapapag-aralan nila ang mga pamantayan ng pagkatuto. Layunin din ni-
tong mapalawak ang karanasang pangkultura ng mga mambabasa sa pamamagitan
ng pagtiyak na maiuugnay ng mga bata ang kanilang sarili sa kuwentong binasa.

Mga Aralin na Puwedeng Pagamitan ng Kuwento:

1. Nagagamit ang mga salitang kilos sa pag-uusap tungkol sa ibat ibang gawain sa

MARY JANE MACALMA TAYAMEN

Si Mary Jane M. Tayamen ay isang dalubguro, kasa-
lukuyang nagtuturo sa San Mateo Integrated School,
Lungsod Laoag. Nagtapos siya ng Bachelor of Ele-
mentary Education sa Mariano Marcos State University
noong 1992. Ilan sa kanyang naisulat na libro ay ang
“Agbasatayo,” at “Siak ken ti Pamiliak” gamit ang sali-
tang Iluko para sa mga mag-aaral sa unang baitang.

VALORA THERESA EUGENIO DEUS JR.

Si Valora Theresa E. Deus Jr. ay isang dalubguro mula
sa Paaralang Elementarya ng Barit, Lungsod Laoag.
Nagtapos siya ng Bachelor of Science in Elementary
Education sa National Teachers College noong 1997.
Siya ay nagsulat at gumuhit ng kuwentong “Ang Pag-
babago ni Pilong” na napabilang sa Division entry
ng Lungsod Laoag sa National Competition on Story-
