Resolution Title: A Resolution Granting a Request of SSG 2019-2020
Hinigaran National High School- Supreme Student Government, S.Y. 2020-2021

Excerpt from the project proposal: Request for payment of the remaining balance of Senior High School
Physical Education Shirts.

Whereas, the Supreme Student Government would like to grant the request of SSG 2019- 2020
asking a total amount of Php.10, 000 as payment for the remaining balance for the purchase of
PE Shirts.

Whereas, the SSG analyzed the proposal and come up with the decision to grant the said
request stated in this resolution.

Resolved as it is hereby resolved that the Hinigaran National High School Supreme Student
Government Officers approved Resolution No. 004, s. 2020 on February 19. 2020.

Resolved further to furnish copies of this resolution to all concerned for their information and
guidance.
