    Hinigaran National High School- Supreme Student Government, S.Y. 2020-2021

    Excerpt from the minutes of the meeting of Hinigaran National High School- Supreme Student
    Government at the SSG Office on February 19, 2020 about the nomination of SSG Adviser for school
    year 2020-2021.

    In pursuant to D.O. 47, s. 2014 Constitution and by -Laws of the Supreme Student Government, Article
    XIII.

    Whereas, the SSG Officers convened and listed down through a preliminary nomination the
    names of teachers that are may seem credible for the position. Following of such is the division
    among officers through voting to identify the three teacher nominees to be presented for the
    school administration to pick, considering the decision of the officers, a teacher that will become
    the Adviser of the SSG.

    Whereas, the SSG Officers nominated three teachers from the faculty of Hinigaran National
    High School namely: Rodelita Garraton from Araling Panlipunan Department, Fe Lemoncito
    from Mathematics Department, and Ofelia Parcon from Filipino Department.

    Whereas, the SSG Officers fully analyzed, checked, and reviewed the credentials of the three
    teacher nominees.

    Resolved as it is hereby resolved that the Hinigaran National High School Supreme Student
    Government Officers approved Resolution No. 001, s. 2020 on February 19. 2020.

    Resolved further to furnish copies of this resolution to all concerned for their information and
    guidance.
