Residences, chi tiết như sau:
Vina Dai Phuoc Corporation would like to announce the Sales Policy for SwanBay River Garden
Residences, details as below:

I. QUY ĐỊNH ÁP DỤNG/ REGULATION

1. Thời gian áp dụng: từ ngày 22 tháng 06 năm 2020 đến khi có thông báo mới.
Effective period: from date 22 June 2020 until further notice.
2. Sản phẩm áp dụng/ Applicable products:
Sản phẩm được áp dụng chính sách bán hàng này bao gồm/ Products are subject to this sales
policy include:
- Tất cả căn hộ của hai Tòa chung cư River Garden Residences
All apartment units of River Garden Residences
3. Đối tượng áp dụng/ Subjects of application:
Khách hàng thanh toán đủ số tiền giữ chỗ và ký Phiếu xác nhận đặt mua căn hộ tại dự án SwanBay
River Garden Residences trong thời gian áp dụng tại Mục I.1 nêu trên.
Clients pay in full amount of booking fee and sign Booking Confirmation Form to purchase
apartment of SwanBay River Garden Residences Project during the applicable period in Section
I.1 above.

II. CHƯƠNG TRÌNH ƯU ĐÃI/ PROMOTION SCHEME
1. CHÍNH SÁCH CHIẾT KHẤU/ DISCOUNT POLICY
- Khách hàng sẽ được chiết khấu (có thể cộng dồn) trên giá bán trước thuế VAT nếu đạt các điều
kiện theo bảng sau/ Clients will get discount (shall be accumumlative) on selling price excluding
VAT if meet these following requirements as table below:

Deposit Agreement & Down Applicable for clients signing Deposit Agreement on
payment Discount time and settling down payment within 7 days as from
the execution date of the Booking Confirmation Form.

Áp dụng cho khách hàng chọn Phương thức thanh toán

IV. QUY ĐỊNH CHUNG/ GENERAL POLICY
- Khách hàng KHÔNG được phép chuyển nhượng trong vòng 06 (sáu) tháng kể từ ngày ký Thỏa
thuận đặt cọc.
Clients are NOT allowed to transfer their units within 6 months as from the execution date of
the Deposit Agreement.
- Chính sách bán hàng này áp dụng cho các căn hộ thuộc bảng giá ngày 14/06/2020 trở về sau.
This policy shall be effective for all units of published price lists as from 14 June 2020 onward.
- SwanCity bảo lưu quyền và quyết định cuối cùng đối với các thông tin được cung cấp nêu trên
trong trường hợp có bất kỳ bổ sung hay thay đổi nào áp dụng trong tương lai.
SwanCity reserves the final right and decision for the above information provided if any
amendments and changes apply in the future.
