1. The arrangement of the subjects per block of time shall be aligned with the class schedule.
2. The learning tasks can be lifted/referred to the MELCs-based WBLS Lesson Exemplars.
3. This plan shall be accomplished by all teachers individually or as a team. For teachers on team teaching, this will be
their single plan.
