Objective of this activity:
1. To have a better understanding of ourselves as unique and separate individuals.
2. To be empowered, make changes and build on our areas of strength as well as
identify areas where we would like to make improvements.
Instruction: Write a brief answer to the following sets of questions. Please answer
honestly.
QUESTIONS:
1. What do you love most about yourself?
Being goal-oriented is the one that I love most about myself.
2. What do you dislike most about yourself?
Being paranoid. I tend to overthink on a lot of things.
3. What makes you angry?
I easily get angry when someone touch or tampers on my belongings.
4. Where do you want to be in 5 years?
There are two options or things I have in my mind and those are: to be in the
hospital and working as a nurse in the US or to be in the hospital but doing
my internship in medicine.
5. Who are your role models?
My role models are my parents and siblings, and of course, Dr. Elton Ong.
6. Who do you need to forgive?
Myself.
7. Are you on the right path?
Yes, I believe that I am.
8. Do the people around you make you happy?
Yes.
9. Do you feel mentally strong?
No.
10. Do you consider yourself to be motivated?
Yes.
11. Are you living with in a relationship with the right person?
No.
12. Do you tend to under, or over-estimate your abilities?
It depends on the situation that I was in, but more often, I blame myself.
I am bothered about what’s ahead of me, what the future holds for me.
Given that we’re in the middle of a pandemic, things are uncertain and that
makes me bothered.
