  Assignment 1

Review all the learning outcomes of lesson 13 and answer the following:

Note: Individual recitation upon submission of activity.

1. Describe human limitation and how are you going to break it? -  People are
biased towards their religion, country, culture. Than there are people who believe in logic
and mathematics & still they are biased towards their domain knowledge & theories.

2. What would be the ideal mindset of a good team leader?

-   Leaders with a promotion mindset are focused on winning and gains. They identify a
specific purpose, goal, or destination and prioritize making progress toward it. Leaders with a
prevention mindset, however, are focused on avoiding losses and preventing problems at all
costs

3. How can you inspire others to reach their goal?

-  Most people start out trying to motivate someone by giving them a lengthy speech,
but this rarely works because motivation has to start inside others. The best way to
motivate others is to start by listening to what they want to do. Find out what the
person’s goals and dreams are.
