study. Survey questionnaire was used as the major data gathering instrument.
It was subjected to Cronbachs’s Alpha and resulted to .877 which means that
the instrument is reliable and valid. Such statistical tool used was frequency
and percentage, weighted mean, independent t-test and one way analysis of
variance. Majority of the respondents are in the age bracket of below 24; male;
It was found out in the respondents’ assessment that age and sex was not
significant to all variables. However, type of road user, was significant only in
term of leadership. And the rest variables such as active traffic management,
integrated corridor and freight management was found not significant. The
