ANNUAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT IN ICT/LIS

              INTRODUCTION
              Information Technology (IT) is concerned with the development, management and use of computer-
based information systems. Our top priority and most important accomplishment is the continued success in
providing high quality, reliable service and support to our students. I.T now a days is very important not only to
pupils but to teachers also.

I. OBJECTIVES

1. Enhance the computer skills of pupils and teachers on the use of MS365 Accounts and
Google Apps
2. Apply the knowledge learned on Information Technology in daily life.

II. HIGHLIGHTS OF ACCOMPLISHMENT

1. Pupils from Kindergarten to Grade VI, together with their teacher, conducted their classes integrating
ICT.
2. Enrolling Learners in LIS system
3. Updating learners in LIS
4. BOSY and EOSY updating
5. District Roll-Out on the use of MS 365 Account via Google Meet
6. Updating of LIS, LRMDS and Google Apps via Google Meet.

III. PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS

1. With the fast pace of modern technology, teachers must be equipped and oriented with the knowledge
and skills to cope up with the needs of the school and students. To make this this possible the teachers of
Balete Central School conducted Three-Day Training on Information Technology during INSET via
Google Meet.

                     Information Technology (IT) is concerned with the development, management and use of
computer-based information systems. Even the teachers challenge themselves to learn more about new teaching
strategies. Teachers need to use audio-visual presentations and introduce recorded lessons in their classes. We
are very fortunate because our school has been provided with enough tools to help teachers improve their
teaching strategies.
A five-day In-Service Information Technology Training was held at Balete Central School last March
15 – 19, 2021via google meet. It was a remarkable day for the teachers for it was a fruitful one.
The program started at 8:00 AM, with the registration of the participants. The seminar started with a
short prayer, singing of the National Anthem through video presentation. Followed by. Ms. Mary Grace L.
Mendoza our school principal delivered a short message about the seminar. The first day training was all about
Teaching Strategies discussed by Mrs. Maria Corazon A. Capinpin Master Teacher II. Mrs. Margie G.
Altamirano and Mrs. Annaliza A. De Sagun discussed about ESP for the 2 nd day. Updating on LIS, Google
Apps were discussed by School ICT Coordinator Mr. Elizalde B. Patulot and Ms. Angelyn V. Morcilla about
Kahoot and Creative presentation using MS power point. The teachers were excited to learn. They were taught
on how to use Google Apps. Sharing files and creating forms using Google Forms to create online test.
Updating LIS and and how to use DepEd Commons and LRMDS as their instructional materials during
pandemic.
