Note/Chú thích:

(*) Khi Hợp Đồng Mua Bán được ký kết, lịch trình thanh toán có thể sẽ được điều chỉnh để phù hợp với tình hình xây dựng thực tế, Bên
Nhận Đăt Cọc sẽ được miễn trừ mọi khoản phí phạt, bồi thường từ Bên Đặt Cọc.
(**)Từ đợt thanh toán thứ 4 trở đi, sẽ được thu khi Thông báo ký Hợp Đồng Mua Bán được gửi ra.

Khi Thông báo Ký Hợp Đồng Mua Bán được gửi ra, Chủ Đầu Tư có quyền thu các đợt thanh toán tồn đọng theo tiến độ xây dựng thực tế.

(*) Deposit payer acknowledged that when the Sales and Purchase Agreement (‘SPA”) is executed, the Payment Schedule may be adjusted
to reflect the updated projected construction progress at that time with no penalty, compensation of any kind imposed by the Deposit
payer on the Deposit Receiver.
(**) The payment for the 4th instalment onwards shall not be collected until the SPA Execution Notice is served.

Upon the SPA Execution Notice, subject to the completed construction progress of the Project, the Deposit Payer must pay all pending
cumulative installments/amount based on the actual construction progress.
