1 1 The package is required to inject Corrosion Inhibitor into the process at Gathering Hub (GH).
2 2 The skid package is envisaged to comprise one 316L stainless steel tank and two API 675 compliant injection pumps. The Tank shall contain
3 one compartment.
4 3 Ideally, the package shall be designed to fit inside a shipping container to simplify transportation to the remote site. Supplier shall advise overall skid
5 dimensions, empty and operating weights, any items to be removed for shipping and a schedule of all package skid edge connections.
6 4 The properties of the chemical given on the following pages are typical. Properties and dosing rates to be confirmed by EPC Contractor.
7 5 The injection pumps shall be double diaphragm pumps with manual stroke adjustment.
8 6 The injection pumps shall be 2 x 100%, one duty and one standby.
9 7 Each pump shall have one head with manual stroke adjustment.

24 20 The package shall be installed on concrete foundations (by others) under an open sided sun shelter (by others).
25 21 Package shall include equipment to allow the flow of chemical from each pump head to be ascertained with an accuracy of +/- 5%.
26 22 Pump discharge relief valve shall be routed back to the chemical storage tank.
27 23 Instrument tubing and fittings are acceptable for chemical injection lines provided they are in accordance with Instrument and Control Philosophy
28 HBR-01-GEN-INS-PHI-0001.
29 24 Tank filling method and any associated additional equipment requirements shall be finalised during detailed design by taking into account the local
30 practices for storage, transportation and loading of chemicals.

33 27 Structural skid shall incorporate a drip pan sloped to a single skid edge flange connection to collect drips and small leaks.

35 29 The Supplier shall prepare calculations, drawings and all other documents for which he is fully responsible and shall provide the necessary liaison
