0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Cynophilist Food and Spa is a full-service food and animal care facility dedicated to consistently providing high

customer satisfaction by rendering excellent service, quality pet care, delicious food and furnishing a fun, clean,

enjoyable atmosphere at an acceptable price. We will maintain a friendly creative work environment which

respects diversity, ideas, and hard work.

The timing is right for starting this new venture. Animals are playing a large role in our lives, and working

people are choosing to provide them with a good life loving families with active pets and an active conscience

and in search of better lives for their pets and peace of mind for themselves, causing busy animal lovers to flock

to an ever-growing number of animal day care facilities across the nation. For customer convenience in addition

to day care, Cynophilist food and spa will include day and night care, pet grooming, animal behavior, pet

portraits, gifts, and pet specialty product, 24 hour service and special request, all at once facility.

With the improvement of people’s living standard, more and more people want a pet to accompany with them

outside their studying and working time. Therefore, Cynophilist food and spa is here to help the needs of an

animal but also the needs of people.

2.1 Overview of the Industry

Pet care in the Philippines demonstrated continued improvement in its performance in 2020. This was

underpinned by increased sales of dog food, with the increasing popularity of dogs as pets, a greater propensity

for owners to feed their dogs packaged food instead of scraps, and, growing sales of pet products, particularly

pet healthcare products. The food service industry in the Philippines is growing at a phenomenal rate and

everyone wants a part of it. For those unaware, the food service industry is composed of all forms of food retail.

This includes fast-food chains, food kiosks, cafes, bars, take-out and delivery stores, and full-service restaurants.

2.2 Overview of the Company

Cynophilist Food and Spa is a partnership type of business that locates in Sitio Bliss, Malasin San Jose City, and

Nueva Ecija, Philippines. The owners of the business will be the stockholders that consists with the Managing

Director, Manager/Human Resources Management, Sales and Marketing Head, Customer Service and Medical,

Head of Finance and other Employees. Our mission is to provide excellent animal care in a pet friendly

atmosphere while ensuring our customers. The history of our business is came from the ideas that we shared of.

Pet shop is our first idea, and later on, we added some twist and uniqueness and that is how Cynophilist Food

and Spa started. Cynophilist is a Greek roots "cyn" means dog and "phil" means love, so the word cynophilist in

English is "dog lover".

picture of the dog and cat represent our Pet Shop, while spoon and fork represent our mini snack shop.

Cynophilist food and spa will be considered an upscale, full-service food and animal care facility. We will offer

assisting with recovery from surgery, handicaps, etc. And we offer the most special request that is overnight

care. You can leave your pet for as long as necessary for 24 hour care and attention. 4 large dog runs and 4 kitty

condos and lastly vaccines that dogs and cats need to be vaccinated frequently, especially when they are puppies

or kitten.

4.1 Definition of the Market

Cynophilist Food and Spa offered a foods and services in our customers. Our target clients is the fur parents.

Although we have a competitors in terms of the scope in our business we assure that our business is more

unique and new to the people. Also we are proud to represent our view in the balcony of our store which give

the customer an amazing sight and took an Instagramable photos.

the target percentage of our pet spa business. So the target share is 1,125,000.

Customer: Cynophilist food and spa is a friendly food and pet shop. We are focusing to our target which is for

parents. We have to know if there will be a problem between our business and customer, therefore they can

leave some reports via survey or reviews. We are listening to our customer’s need and placing a high

importance on those needs is pivotal in getting our customer’s attention and loyalty.
