When the global information invasion was general and comprehensive, not excluding any
field, language and linguistic studies, like other fields of knowledge, were affected by this
tide. And computational linguistics was one of the branches of applied linguistics, and one of
the most prominent modern linguistic perspectives and approaches that change the
investment of computationalism in teaching the Arabic language. To this effect, it is the same
goal and purpose pursued by the Supreme Council of the Arabic Language in a digital view
of language education in Algeria; whereby the question is: is that purpose (investment of
computational linguistics in teaching Western language), and that view (digital education in
Algeria) has become a field application, or is it still a hoped-for theorizing?

Accordingly, this paper will try to identify by adopting the critical criticism by researching
the process of computing endeavors and extending, interpreting and discussing the statements
and discourses of these researchers in the subject of the inquiry.
