    launch the ASB- VTB project (Aya anna Suporta ta paBibbig, Vulauan anna Tulu na
    Bumarangay),this is to intensify the partnership initiatives of the Local Government Unit
    sector, the community people and the school to foster and sustain a culture of reading as
    articulated in the Deped Memorandum no. 173, s. 2019 titled: “Hamon, Bawat Bata
    Bumabasa (3B’s) initiative.

    With this, may we request to be an audience in one of the regular council meetings with the
    Brgy. Chairmen to briefly discuss matters regarding the implementation of the program.
