TO: ALL REGIONAL DIRECTORS

SUBJECT: Conduct of Inspection to All Building/ Establishments Identified by

the DOH as Storage Facilities of COVID-19 Vaccination Equipment

DATE: 02 March 2021

1. Reference: Order Number 2021-005 signed by DIRECTOR JOSE SEGUNDO

EMBANG JR, Chief, BFP, re: BFP implementation and Deployment Plan on “Covax”
dated 26 February 2021

2. In connection with the above reference and as part of the Philippine National
Deployment and Vaccination Plan for Covid-19 Vaccines, you are all hereby directed to
closely coordinate with the Department of Health (DOH) regarding the building/
establishments used for warehousing/ storage of COVID-19 vaccination equipment. In
addition, you are directed to conduct fire safety inspection and ensure the fire safety
compliance of the storage facilities identified by the DOH.

3. Submit compliance to the BFP National Headquarters using the template below
(ATTN: Directorate for Fire Safety and Enforcement) through the email

Report, photographs and key plan of the floor area where the storage is located.
