Description of work performed

06:00 We arrive at TSF Essakane, after a safety briefing, our activities will focus on repairs and vacuum testing to complete the
process of installing textured HDPE 1.5 geomembrane on this project.

07:00 The tensiometer samples show a perfect calibration of the PX 06 extruder, so we will continue with the repairs (patches).

07:30 we continue with the vacuum tests with the repairs to ensure the correct application of the extrusion. The results have been
satisfactory in each of them.

13:30 The PX 06 extruder is in optimal conditions to be used, this is deduced by values of samples made in a tensiometer that have
been totally satisfactory. The last patch was done at 17:04 on panels 693/694

17:00 We finish our activities for this day at TSF Essakane, we have secured the area to avoid any damage to the geomembrane.

Observations and comments

Citlog supervisor assisted by Essakane mine staff continues with additional repairs at BWS 1. High winds prevented us from
continuing in the morning. The installation resumed after lunch. A description of the work done in that area will be provided at the
end of all activities, including TSR, BWS 1. and BWS 2.
