Matter/s Arising The meeting started with a prayer led by the Adviser, Ms. Patrice Nicole D. Villaluz.
The first agenda tackled was about Orientation on Career Guidance Implementation
followed bythe Orientation of Homeroom Guidance Program Implementation. In
which, the adviser call help for parents to assist their children and give importance in
answering the modules of Homeroom Guidance.
Election of HRPTA Officers for SY 2021-2022

Vice President: Maria Elsa Corpuz
Secretary: Mygy Viola
3. Others (adviser's concerns)
The adviser remind the parents to submit birth certificate of learners and call for a
help in doing a follow up in learner’s form 137.

The meeting ended with a closing prayer led by Marlyn Olaivar.
