Course This course covers the principles and concepts of Physical Education & self-testing activities. As
Description such, the dominant topics are the physical fitness, its components & parameters, evaluating
physical fitness, understanding the human body as an exercise machine, body mechanics &
posture education, exercises for fitness, and stunts & stumbling. Skills in gymnastics are given
emphasis.
Course At the conclusion of this course, the student should be able to:

Policies
and 1) Required attendance must be 80% of the total school days per semester or else the
Guidelines student will be drop from the class.
2) Fifteen (15) minutes late is considered absent.
3) Permit shall be secured upon taking up the examination; however, a four (4) days
grace period is given to those who were unable to comply.
4) Special exams will be given only to student(s) with valid reasons.
5) Wearing of I.D and proper school uniform is required.
6) Blue book will be used in every written exams project, subject requirements.
7) All final output must be submitted two (2) weeks before the final exam.
8) Failure of the student(s) to take the institutional examination on the scheduled date
will only be allowed to take the exam within three(3) days after the said schedule
otherwise a score of zero (0) will be given.
9) Computation of the grade will be based on the section 9 of the student’s handbook.
10) Cell phones and other electronic gadgets are not allowed to be used inside the
classroom during the class hours and it should be turned off or set to silent mode.
11) Proper use of the school facilities must be observed at all times.
