SUBJECT: ASSIGNMENT OF LEADER FOR THE DAY

1. In adherence to Republic Act No. 9155, Chapter 1 (E), p. 7, “school heads shall have the
authority, accountability, and responsibility of xxx administering and managing all personnel,
physical, and fiscal resources of the school”, an assignment of a Leader of the Day (LOD) is
hereby ordered.

2. The following teachers are hereby assigned as Leader of the Day (LOD) in the following
days:

Jess Awa Wednesday
Jess Awa Thursday
Judy Anne C. Reyes Friday

Since the teacher handling Kindergarten is not within the school premises for the whole day
due to her condition as a shared resource, she shall be exempted in the regular assignments of
LOD.

3. The assigned leader of the day shall:

a. Monitor the cleanliness of all classrooms including the school grounds.

b. Collect attendance reports from all classes.
c. Collect daily lesson plans/ logs of all teachers for checking of the school head.
d. Entertain visitors and queries when the school head is not in office.
e. Assist parent’s questions, queries, and requests.

f. Coordinate with the OIC – Principal all important matters related to school operations
when the school head is not in campus.
