สายพันธุ์กญั ชาไทย (Cannabis sativa)

เป็ นพันธุ์พ้นื เมือง (Landrace varieties) ที่มีการ
ปรับตัวในสภาพแวดล้อมของเอเชียตะวันออกเฉี ยง
ใต้มาอย่างยาวนาน ทาให้เกิดการคัดเลือกตาม
ธรรมชาติได้สายพันธุ์ที่อยูร่ อดได้อย่างดีใน
สภาพแวดล้อมของไทย เมื่อเปรี ยบเทียบพันธุ์
พื้นเมืองกลุ่ม Sativa จากทัว่ โลก อาทิสายพันธุ์
Columbian, Indian, Jamaican, Mexican, Nigerian,
African, Afghani พบว่า สายพันธุ์ไทยมี
ลักษณะเฉพาะดังนี้

เป็ นส่ วนประกอบทางเคมีท่ รี ่ างกายมนุษย์ และสัตว์ สร้ าง
ขึน้ ได้ เองตามธรรมชาติ เช่ น Anandamide 2AG เป็ นต้ น ออก
ฤทธิ์โดยการเชื่อมต่ อกับ cannabinoid receptor การเข้ าไปกระตุ้น
receptors ต่ างๆ (CB1, CB2……..) ส่ งผลต่ อขบวนการทาง
ชีววิทยาในร่ างกายที่เกี่ยวข้ องกับความสมดุลของระบบหลัก
ต่ างๆในร่ างกาย (Homeostasis) ดังนัน้ จึงเกี่ยวข้ องกับการสะสม
และการกระจายพลังงานในร่ างกาย โปรแกรมที่ทาให้ เซลตาย

THCA (Tetrahydrocannabinolic acid)
In general, cannabis produces all
cannabinoids in acid form. One of the
most abundant of all cannabinoid acids is
THCA, which is precursor to THC

THCA converts to THC through decarboxylation.

THCA has non-psychoactive effects

Different studies have been performed on THCA in recent years, which

discovered the following potential benefits of the compound:
• Anti-inflammatory properties for treating arthritis, lupus, menstrual cramps,
muscle spasms, pain, and various auto-immune condition.
• Neuroprotective properties for treating neurodegenerative diseases like
Parkinson’s Disease and dementia
• Anti-emetic properties for treating nausea, stomach problems, and appetite
loss.
• Anti-proliferative properties to potentially help slow down the rate of

Terpenes
Terpenes คือสารประกอบอินทรีย์ท่ พ ี บได้ ในพืชและแมลงหลายชนิด ส่ วนมากจะเกี่ยวข้ องกับกลิ่น
ของส่ วนต่ างๆที่ได้ จากพืช terpenes ในกัญชาเกิดขึน้ ตามขบวนการวิวัฒนาการเพื่อป้ องกันศัตรู พชื

Myrcene ช่วยลดอาการเจ็บปวดเรื้ อรังและ
ลดการอักเสบ และช่วยการดูดซึ มผ่านเส้นเลือด
สมองเพื่อจับกับ receptors ใน
endocannabinoid system ในส่ วนสมองมนุษย์
 Limonene
Limonene กลิ่นคล้ายมะนาว แต่ในบาง
สายพันธุ์ของกัญชาจะให้กลิ่นของส้ม พบได้
ในเปลือกส้มและสะระแหน่
Limonene ช่วยลดความเคลียดความ
กระวนกระวาย และลดภาวะกรดไหลย้อน

Humulene
Humulene ให้กลิ่นของเนื้อไม้ พบในผักชี
และ ฮอพ

The Entourage Effect: Chemical
Teamwork
First described in 1998 by Israeli
scientists Shimon Ben-Shabat and
Raphael Mechoulam, the basic idea of
the entourage effect is that
cannabinoids within the cannabis plant
work together, or possess synergy, and
affect the body in a mechanism similar
to the body’s own endocannabinoid
system.
This theory serves as the foundation for
a relatively controversial idea within
pharmacology community, that in
certain cases whole plant extractions
serve as better therapeutic agents than
individual cannabinoid extractions.
 Entourage Effect

Entourage Effect (อิทธิพลของการทางานร่ วมกันเพื่อปรั บสภาพ) หมายถึง

กลไกที่สารประกอบในกัญชา (ดอก ต้ น ฯลฯ) ที่ไม่ มีฤทธิ์ต่อจิตประสาท (non-
psychoactive) ด้ วยตัวของมันเองสามารถปรั บสภาพคุณสมบัติ ต่ อจิตประสาท
(และการรั กษาอาการของโรค) แต่ ละสายพันธุ์กัญชาจะได้ Entourage Effect ที่
แตกต่ างกัน THC ด้ วยตัวเองหากนามาใช้ จะมีฤทธิ์ต่อจิตประสาทที่ไม่ ร่ ืนรมย์
และส่ งผลเสียมากมาย เมื่อนา THC ใช้ ร่วมกับ cannabinoids และ terpenes ที่มี
หลายชนิดในกัญชา ผลที่ได้ สร้ างความแตกต่ างอย่ างมาก ไม่ ว่าจะเป็ นเรื่ องของ
ความรื่ นรมย์ หรื อผลที่เกิดขึน้ ในการรั กษาโรคต่ างๆของมนุษย์

basic mechanisms of whole plant extract synergy as
follows :

1. Ability to affect multiple targets within the body

2. Ability to improve the absorption of active ingredients
3. Ability to overcome bacterial defense mechanisms
4. Ability to minimize adverse side effects.

TERPENES
 Myrcene เป็ น terpene ที่พบมากในสายพันธุ์ Indica และมะม่วง จะช่วยให้ผอ่ นคลาย สงบ (กล่อมประสาท)
เมื่อใช้ร่วมกับ THC
 Limonene เป็ น terpene ที่พบมากในสายพันธุ์ Sativa และเปลือกส้ม มะนาว จะช่วยยกระดับความ
กระตือรื อร้น ความรู ้สึกอิ่มเอมเมื่อใช้ร่วมกับ THC
 Humulene เป็ น terpene ที่พบมากในสายพันธุ์ Sativa ผักชี ฮอพ เมื่อใช้ร่วมกับ Cannabinoids และ terpenes
อื่นๆ พบว่ามีแนวโน้มในการทาลายเซลมะเร็ ง
CANNABINOIDS
 CBG (Mother cannabinoid) เมื่อใช้ร่วมกับ THC จะช่วยลดความเจ็บปวดได้ดีกว่าการใช้ THC อย่างเดียว
 CBN ซึ่งได้จากการเปลี่ยนสภาพของ THC เมื่อใช้ร่วมกับ THC จะช่วยลดความเจ็บปวดได้อย่างดีเยีย่ ม เมื่อ
เทียบกับการใช้ THC อย่างเดียว
 CBD ซึ่งเป็ น CB1 และ CB2 antagonist เมื่อใช้ร่วมกับ THC จะช่วยลดความเจ็บปวดได้ดีกว่าการใช้ THC
อย่างเดียว
 จำก 14,089 สำยพันธุ์กญ ั ชำ 144 cannabinoids และ 140 terpenes สำมำรถ
พบกำรรวมตัวของ cannabinoids และ terpenes ได้ หลำยล้ำนรูปแบบ แต่ ละ
รูปแบบก็มีผลเฉพำะในกำรรักษำโรคทีแ่ ตกต่ ำงกัน ดังนั้นกัญชำแต่ ละสำยพันธุ์ก็
เปรียบเหมือนแต่ ละสู ตรหรื อตำรับยำ ซึ่งมีตำรับยำหลำยล้ำนรูปแบบในพืชกัญชำ
