NORFIL Foundation, Inc. will conduct an “Accessibility Audit” to audit the built environment
of San Jose Central School on December 7, 2022. The activity will include orientation on
Access Audit, BP 344 “Accessibility Law” and auditing the accessibility of the school physical
environment.

In this regard, we would like to invite you, together with the school principal and 2
teachers to the aforementioned activity.

The activity aims for the following:

1. To gain awareness about the concept of Access Audit and its importance.
2. To determine how accessible a building is in terms of access and ease of use by
a wide range of potential users: Persons with Disabilities, the elderly, pregnant
women, mothers with baby strollers, people with luggage, etc.
3. To identify areas for improvement in the school’s accessibility features.

Enclosed is the draft program flow. NORFIL will take care of the meals and snacks during
the activity.
