ANNOTATION In this situation, the learner's educational challenges are caused by his need to support his family through labor. As a result, he ran out of
time after completing the self-study module, and he struggled to understand the lessons due to his lack of attention. Communication with
the learner's parents and the use of differentiated tactics that are most suitable to the learner's situation are two alternate ways to assist
the learner.

ANNOTATION The learner is having difficulty due to her pregnancy, and she is barely adjusting to the releasing and retrieval of modules. She also
won't be able to complete her modules in the order in which they were given to her. As a result of my involvement, she has already
made some adjustments, addressing both her educational and family demands. The intervention technique is extremely beneficial
to the learner's growth.

ANNOTATION As I informed his father, the learner is having problems answering his self-learning module owing to a lack of interest. With his personal issues, the parent
had to come up with a solution by allocating time and monitoring the learner's focus on completing his courses in a week. In addition, some types of
technique are employed as an intervention to aid the learner's development to assist the parent with the learner's progress.

PPST STRAND 3.4- Learners in difficult circumstances

ANNOTATION It is important to provide educational assistance to students. The strategies are made possible through collaboration with
stakeholders. The use of technology is critical, particularly for those in education who are touched by today's worldwide pandemic.
Differentiated tactics utilizing technology are critical to assisting all learners in having a meaningful experience and coping with
the teaching-learning process in the new normal education.

PPST STRAND 4.1- Planning and management of teaching and learning process

ANNOTATION The ILP provides a helpful guide in the planning and delivery of a meaningful learning experience. The strategies provided are
tailored to the specific objectives, and the resources do not burden the learners because they can access them at any time and at
their own pace, as long as the timeliness and learning process are maintained. In addition, I ensure that the ILP content is
linked to the Most Important Learning Competency (MELC).

PPST STRAND 4.2- Learning outcomes aligned with learning competencies

ANNOTATION Every learning activity is used to determine whether or not the students learned a lot from the lesson. The supporting materials and
strategies I used are highlighted to match the lesson objectives, and the same is true for the Most Important Learning Competency
(MELC). I employ a set of techniques that are equitable among the learners, and some activities are carried out in a collaborative
manner. The use of rubrics will assist students in making decisions about their output. In addition, images, video presentations,
and diagrams can assist students in better understanding scientific concepts.

PPST STRAND 4.5- Teaching and learning resources including ICT

ANNOTATION My teaching and learning resources are widely integrated into various online platforms that are best suited to my students. I used
ICT to connect the students and their parents, who are the teachers' partners in the teaching-learning process. Also, by utilizing
technology, I am able to present my lesson very well, store it over time, and then use or modify it again. I make certain that all uses
of these resources are subject to rules in order for students to behave properly as individuals with digital literacy and to avoid
situations such as plagiarism and other concerns under the Data Privacy Act.

PPST STRAND 5.1- Design, selection, organization and utilization of assessment strategies

ANNOTATION Due to the emergence of health emergencies, I have digitally distributed my assessments among the learners in various ways, but mostly I
gather all my students as a team through the use of social media such as Facebook and messenger because it is user friendly and most of the
learners know how to utilize such develop programs. In addition, I can channel my assessments through the group chat, and students must
transfer them to a sheet of paper. I assist them by providing clear instructions as well as other assessment rules that they must follow.

PPST STRAND 7.3- Professional links with colleagues

ANNOTATION To maintain health safety, our LAC sessions and other forms of meeting related to educational concerns are mostly conducted online. Every
announcement and update is posted in our Messenger group chat. In addition, my colleagues and I have a Facebook page where we can get
and share information and stay up to date on our duties and responsibilities as teachers. In addition, in our faculty structure, we adhere to
health and safety protocols to ensure the safety of our teachers and their families.

PPST STRAND 7.4- Professional reflection and learning to improve practice

Do you feel that this collection of work

really reflects your abilities and what
you have achieved this year through the
LDM Course? Why or Why not?

ANNOTATION The LDM course has a significant impact on the learners' progress, as do the teachers' maximum abilities to assist the students
with this pandemic. My reflection in this LDM course focuses on the school year's accomplishments since the new normal
education began with careful planning and preparations. It reflects on the role of teachers in assisting their students, even in the
case of distance learning. The LDM enables both teachers and students to participate in the learning growth and development
with full adjustments in order to be best prepared for the present and future of education.

Things that are important to students are also important to us as teachers.

This Learning Delivery Modalities Course for Teachers (LDM) reflects my duties
and responsibilities as a teacher, and how this version of myself affects every single
life of my students with their learning attributes. The collection of works completed
this school year is difficult, but it is worthwhile to persevere for the sake of the
students, assisting them in climbing the ladder of excellence. With the help of the
Almighty and my colleagues, and so with the right information, I am confident that
the LDM course will meet its goal of assisting both learners, parents, and teachers

PPST STRAND 7.5- Professional development goals

ANNOTATION I've participated in a number of educational webinars that have greatly improved my teaching abilities. Every training and seminar
in which I have participated has been done online, such as the In-Service Training for Public Teachers, which is done virtually, and
even international trainings, which I am still able to attend thanks to technology. Despite challenges such as internet connectivity
and a lack of some resources, there are a variety of ways to learn new things despite everyone's use of screens. I am capable of
managing and convinced that teacher development is unavoidable.

PPST STRAND 5.2- Monitoring and evaluation of learner progress and achievement

ANNOTATION I've used various tools and forms to keep track of the learners' learning progress, which allows me to monitor and evaluate them. Every grade,
attendance, conference form, and concern with the students were accomplished with the help of technology to connect among the students and
ensure that they stay on track with their progress. Furthermore, communication is made possible by the availability of developed online
platforms such as messenger, Facebook, and text messages to deal with among learners as well as with parents or guardians.

ANNOTATION In every submission of a student, I provide honest and positive feedback to inform them of the status of their written work and performance
task. Also, through positive feedback, I encourage learners with their excellent work, which can help them to esteem and adjust, as well as
have open communication about academic concerns. My evaluation scores are followed by the use of scoring rubrics to show them how they
are improving with their learning progress.

ANNOTATION The sponsor was Modess, which provided kits to the female students through their parents as recipients. The assistance provided
by stakeholders has a significant impact on students and their parents. The involvement of stakeholders resulted in a high level of
support from the institution. The success of kit distribution, as well as self-learning modules, contribute to the learners' needs,
progress, and achievement all in one place and at the same time.

PPST STRAND 6.2- Engagement of parents and the wider school community in the educative process

ANNOTATION The involvement of parents through the Brigada, as evidenced by Volunteers Daily Attendance, has assisted me in monitoring
those parents who contribute to the improvement of our school community. They have agreed to participate in and contribute to
the school's development plan. We work hand in hand with the health safety protocol that is followed thanks to their
cooperation. Other school-related activities are supported by the Local Government Unit, specifically Barangay Tibungco.

ANNOTATION We use a different online platform to communicate about our duties and responsibilities at each meeting. The most commonly used
online app is Messenger, where I am a member of our group chat and can see updates and post my concerns. We also use Google
Meet in online conferences, where we can complete our tasks freely and conveniently. We upload our files and other forms to
designated Google Drives, which we can easily monitor and update on a regular basis.
