ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT ( HOMEROOM MEETING)

Kapatungan National High School conducted a homeroom meeting concerning on the possible implementation of
face to face classes in the current school year, 2021-2022. It has been successful through the effort of our Principal
Mrs. Rowena O. Angwas together with our very own faculty and staff, parents, as well as the students themselves.

The meeting was scheduled April 5, 2022 and supposed to be started at 8:00 am but some of the participants are a bit
late. Hence, it ws formall started at 10: am with the prayer, checking of attendance, and words of welcome lead by
the class adviser Mrs. Ritchelle A. Dadivas.

Class adviser Mrs. Ritchelle A. Dadivas led the main proper with the five agenda and agreements.
 Agenda 1: Guidelines on the implementation of face to face classes which focuses on things to prepare for the
upcoming event. Agenda 2: Policies and directives relevant to DOH AND DEPED offices and schools in view of
public health emergency wherein everyone’s health security is a top priority. Agenda 3: Prospects on Learning
Delivery and Learning Resources will be implemented, physical and modular type of learning shall be made
available during the opening of classes. Agenda 4: Contributions amounting to 200 pesos per student is advised for
classroom renovations. Agenda 5: Implementation of parent’s consent certification. An agenda 6 is added for
other matters.
