SECOND HOMEROOM PTA MEETING

MINUTES OF THE MEETING

The second Homeroom PTA meeting was held last February 27, 2023 and started at 3:30 in the
afternoon.This second session of the said meeting was called to discuss the following agenda:

1. Release of Card
2. Learners Status and Performance
3. Child Protection Policy/School Policies
4. Financial report/status of Homeroom PTA donations
5. Other Matters

The meeting started with a short prayer led by the adviser then followed by checking of parents’
attendance.

The adviser gave the SF 9 of the students to the parents. Afterwards, the adviser discussed about the
students’ performance and the grading system. She reminded the parents to follow up their children especially
those with lacking grades in the different subjects and consult to the concerned subject teacher.

Afterwards the Adviser discussed to the parents the Child Protection Policy. Then it was followed byr e-
orientation of school policies and student’s discipline inside and outside school. The rules and regulation of the
school was also clarified and discussed.

The updates for the donation for Homeroom PTA were also realized. This was discussed by the
Homeroom PTA Officers.

The Adviser also let the parents/guardians asked if they have queries and clarification. Since no one ask
and everything was clear to them the Adviser adjourned the meeting at exactly 4:20 in the afternoon.
