RESEARCH IDENTIFY EXAMPLES OF WHAT RESEARCH WAS UNDERTAKEN

FOR YOUR TV ADVERT. INCLUDE BOTH PRIMARY AND
SECONDARY RESEARCH EXAMPLES.
No primary research was undertaken for my tv advert some
examples of primary research are online surveys, questionnaires
and interviews. We used many types of secondary research such
as analysing other tv adverts and using the ideas from theirs into
ours.

PLANNING IDENTIFY EXAMPLES OF WHAT PLANNING WAS UNDERTAKEN

FOR YOUR TV ADVERT. THIS MIGHT INCLUDE SCRIPTS,
STORYBOARDS, LOCATION RECCES ETC.
During the process of planning for the advert we used lots of
types of planning examples, like storyboards, risk assessment
forms, call sheets, scripts, contingency plans and location recce.
This all helped with the process of planning the advert.

TEAM PLAYER IDENTIFY A PERSONAL EXAMPLE OF HOW YOU WERE AN

EFFECTIVE TEAM PLAYER ON THE TV ADVERT PRODUCTION.
During the filming of the advert here at the college I put in quite a
bit of input during the process of recording scenes, such as how
the background should look or what emotions should be
expressed during scenes.

PROBLEM SOLVING IDENTIFY A PROBLEM WHICH YOU HAD TO SOLVE REGARDING

YOUR TV ADVERT. THIS MIGHT INCLUDE SOMETHING WHICH
HAPPENED IN PRE-PRODUCTION, PRODUCTION OR POST-
PRODUCTION. HOW DID YOU SOLVE THE PROBLEM?
During recording we couldn’t make some of the background fit
into frame as the camera angle wouldn’t cover it, so as a team we
managed to fix the issue and carry on recording.

OWNERSHIP IDENTIFY AN EXAMPLE OF HOW YOU ACTED INDEPENDENTLY

OR RESOURCEFULLY ON YOUR TV ADVERT PRODUCTION.
The original plan was to green screen edit the advert after all
recording and filming was done but where I did not know how to
green screen just yet I took a different path and edited my scenes
to black and white to match the original aesthetic I was hoping
and going for.
LEARN AND IMPROVE IDENTIFY AT LEAST ONE THING YOU HAVE LEARNED ON YOUR
TV ADVERT PRODUCTION AND AT LEAST ONE THING YOU
HAVE IMPROVED UPON. THIS MIGHT BE TECHNICAL,
COMMUNICATIVE, ACADEMIC etc.
Here, I have learnt how to edit clips together using adobe
premiere pro and get comfortable with using the software which I
hadn’t been like beforehand. I have also improved on how to use
a camera and how to use adobe premiere pro with more ease.

MEET DEADLINES HOW SUCCESSFUL WERE YOU IN MEETING SPECIFIC

DEADLINES FOR THE TV ADVERT PRODUCTION. THIS WILL
INCLUDE DEADLINES SET FOR PRE-PRODUCTION,
PRODUCTION AND POST-PRODUCTION.
During this project I would say personally I met most deadlines
and any deadlines I did not meet I tried my best to catch up and
make sure they were done.
