RESEARCH IDENTIFY EXAMPLES OF WHAT RESEARCH WAS UNDERTAKEN

FOR YOUR TV ADVERT. INCLUDE BOTH PRIMARY AND
SECONDARY RESEARCH EXAMPLES.
For our advertisement, our primary research consisted of us
making surveys on Microsoft forms for our peers and such to
give us feedback as well as insight to help us with our work. In
terms of secondary research, we researched previous
advertisements mad by the company for the product and take
inspiration from that.

PLANNING IDENTIFY EXAMPLES OF WHAT PLANNING WAS UNDERTAKEN

FOR YOUR TV ADVERT. THIS MIGHT INCLUDE SCRIPTS,
STORYBOARDS, LOCATION RECCES ETC.
In regard to planning, me and my team had to complete all
paper work such as: scripts, risk assessments, etc. All of this
paperwork was essential to our work and we couldn’t start
production without it, it was all completed within a day which
was just in time for shooting to begin.

TEAM PLAYER IDENTIFY A PERSONAL EXAMPLE OF HOW YOU WERE AN

EFFECTIVE TEAM PLAYER ON THE TV ADVERT PRODUCTION.
An example of how I was a team player during the making of
our advertisement, was that I kept the communication flowing
throughout the entire process. I asked as any questions as I
could and made sure everyone was okay with everything we
were doing as well as asking for as much input an idea when
needed.

PROBLEM SOLVING IDENTIFY A PROBLEM WHICH YOU HAD TO SOLVE REGARDING

YOUR TV ADVERT. THIS MIGHT INCLUDE SOMETHING WHICH
HAPPENED IN PRE-PRODUCTION, PRODUCTION OR POST-
PRODUCTION. HOW DID YOU SOLVE THE PROBLEM?
During the post-production stage, I was struggling to find
information on colour isolation and how to create this effect on
the updated Premiere-Pro 2023. I fixed this problem by
absolutely rinsing the internet for any information I can find on
how to create the effect I wanted.

OWNERSHIP IDENTIFY AN EXAMPLE OF HOW YOU ACTED INDEPENDENTLY

OR RESOURCEFULLY ON YOUR TV ADVERT PRODUCTION.
Within our advert production, I acted independently when my peers had
to catch up on other work I took the responsibility of doing over half of
the paperwork needed to start shooting/production.
LEARN AND IMPROVE IDENTIFY AT LEAST ONE THING YOU HAVE LEARNED ON YOUR
TV ADVERT PRODUCTION AND AT LEAST ONE THING YOU
HAVE IMPROVED UPON. THIS MIGHT BE TECHNICAL,
COMMUNICATIVE, ACADEMIC etc.
One thing I have learned during the advert production process,
is how to isolate colour in Premiere-Pro. Something that I have
improved during this time I communication, I saw the
importance of speaking to all your peers and those you work
with as it creates a much more comfortable working atmosphere
as well as the ability for everyone to feel like they can express
their feelings and ideas.

MEET DEADLINES HOW SUCCESSFUL WERE YOU IN MEETING SPECIFIC

DEADLINES FOR THE TV ADVERT PRODUCTION. THIS WILL
INCLUDE DEADLINES SET FOR PRE-PRODUCTION,
PRODUCTION AND POST-PRODUCTION.
In terms of deadlines, pre-production and production went smoothly
and within the time frame we had hoped. Whilst my post-production
final work was completed far from the deadline, other little bits of
unfinished work was my downfall in meeting the deadline.
