ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
Title of the Activity: Video Ko, Basa Mo” Project
Venue: At Home
Date: April – August, 2022
Participants: Pupils, Teachers
Objectives of the Activity:
1. Enhance the reading abilities and comprehension skills of the
struggling readers and reading advancement for independent
vendors.
2. To follow up the reading abilities of the pupils through video calls.
We started the activity through video calls. We usually call the pupils with
WIFI at home and let them read the reading materials that we have provided for
them. Sometimes, pupils cannot afford to have an internet connection. Hence, we
thought of another strategy to let them read. We send video clips of different set of
words with proper pronunciation.
For the independent readers, we sent a story in the messenger and let them
read it and answer the questions about the story.
This project is a big help to the struggling readers due to learning loss
because of pandemic.
Recommendations:
Pupils can go to the municipal park because there is a free WIFI there.
Parents should save money for internet accessibility.
