- After reviewing the articles of association and
internal regulations of the company.
- In view of what is required for the interest of work;
It has been decided:
1. Chief Planning Officer: Eng. Sirag-Eldin Elnour is
to be appointed as a Product Leader for Enabat
Al-Manasek Program.
2. Aforementioned shall be mandated with all the
necessary administrative privileges that enable
him to assume his responsibilities and perform
the tasks entrusted to him.
3. These rights include permissions to view,
access, enter and use the program’s fixed and
non-fixed physical and digital assets provided
that the aforementioned assumes full
responsibility towards the program artifacts,
source codes, functional and technical
information.
4. According to an approved roadmap, schedule,
and budget; Product Leader is going to
allocates available resources to team members,
communicates to them plans and priorities,
follow up and report on deliverables, test
scenarios, and operational steps.
5. This memo is valid and enforceable as of date.

‫ الثابت منها أو المنقولة؛ على أن يتحمل‬،‫والﺮﻗمية‬
‫المذكور كامل المسؤولية تجاه إدارة الشﺮكة‬
‫للبﺮنامج والشفﺮات المﺮجعية المسلمة‬
.‫والمعلومات الفنية والتقنية‬
‫ بحسب خارطة الطريق‬- ‫ يقوم مديﺮ المشﺮوع‬.4
‫والخطة الزمنية والموازنة المعتمدة – بتعيين‬
‫الموارد المتاحة ألعضاء الفريق ويخاطبهﻢ بخطة‬
‫المنتج وأولويات التطويﺮ ويتابع معهﻢ‬
