STRESSOR: DEFINITION
When there are a lot of activities, I typically get worried When I know that I'm done crying, I open it up to some
out. I get quite stressed out. I'm struggling to finish them friends or one specific friend. I feel like their words can
all at once since I don't know where to start. I sometimes help me and they can comfort me, but before I open up, I
cry when I'm stressed trying to get everything out. will ask if they're busy or if they're doing something.

Academic stress derives me to have a high self- I go to a place far from the people I know. I sit somewhere
expectation about my grades. I’m always worried about and just see the view in front of me. A way of mine to
