 Narrative Report: One Week of Successful
Ice Cream and Coffee Jelly Sales

Over the past week, our small business, located in Tiongson Subdivision and to our
school's Annex Campus, has experienced a remarkable surge in popularity. With a focus on
selling delicious ice cream and coffee jelly, we have been able to deliver excellent products to
our customers. This narrative report highlights the tremendous success we have achieved during
this period.
Our team, consisting of dedicated members like Irish Acojedo and Hannah Manlapaz,
and we worked tirelessly to create high-quality ice cream and coffee jelly. We paid special
attention to ensuring that our products were perfectly suited for the scorching hot weather. By
carefully selecting fresh ingredients and implementing a meticulous production process, we have
achieved a delightful taste that customers adore.
Our marketing strategy primarily involved word-of-mouth promotion and targeting the
local community. By leveraging our network within Tiongson Subdivision and our school's
Annex Campus, we were able to reach a broad customer base. We started by delivering our
products to the costumer and to our school. And thanks to my members, who played a crucial
role in spreading the word about our delectable offerings.
The response from our customers has been overwhelmingly positive. We have witnessed
a steady stream of students and even senior citizens flocking to our small business, eagerly
seeking respite from the sweltering heat. They appreciated the refreshing nature of our ice cream
and the invigorating flavor of our coffee jelly. The combination of the two offerings proved to be
an instant hit among the locals.
Throughout the week, we actively sought feedback from our customers to improve our
products and service. Many patrons expressed their satisfaction with the taste and quality of our
ice cream and coffee jelly. Some even provided valuable suggestions, such as introducing new
flavors or expanding our delivery range. We have taken these suggestions to heart and are
excited to implement them in the near future.
Despite the overwhelming success, we did encounter a few challenges along the way.
Managing the increased demand was initially daunting, as we had to ensure a smooth supply
chain to meet the expectations of our customers. However, with effective coordination and
careful planning, we were able to overcome these hurdles and maintain a seamless operation
throughout the week.
The past week has been a tremendous success for our small business. Through our
dedication and hard work, we have managed to create and deliver exceptional ice cream and
coffee jelly to the local community. The positive response from our customers, especially the
students and senior citizens, has been immensely gratifying. We remain committed to
continuously improving our products and services, and we look forward to further growth and
success in the future.
