Document Development Exposition: Instructions

Explain in detail your document’s development from planning to finish, describing your
challenges, how you overcame them, and what you learned.

Planning
For my planning development, I first discovered a website on how you do complete the task of
drawing a frog and I based my instructions on what that website had posted. But in my own way,
some challenges that I ran into were being more specific in my steps. I overcame them by going back
to edit my document after we did the peer reviews in class when our classmates went over our steps
to see if they could complete them. Based off the instructions we provided so I basically learned that
different people react to different things in different ways.

First Draft (for peer editing)

My first draft was basically me just listing all of my ideas out of how I wanted to list out my
instructions for my peer review assignment. I wanted to make it accessible for my peers to
understand the steps in the instructions.

Second Draft (for your packet)

In my second draft, I cleaned up my document in a more specific way and made the steps more
understandable, so they won’t be difficult to understand and complete I also took the feedback I
received into consideration.

Final Draft (for your portfolio)

For my final draft, I actually converted my document into a PowerPoint to make it cleaner and
clearer. I feel like making it into a PowerPoint was more understanding of the step process
