Through varied learning modalities and school initiative projects. We provided
Learning Venue thru Project SSS for Learning.

The students present their own sandwiches, one of the skills that should be mastered in Cookery. The
teacher gave them instruction and guidelines on what to do. They presented the sandwiches in a
plate with garnish.

The students sent videos of their prepared desserts at home. They applied the knowledge and skills they have
learned from SLM in cookery, videos presented by their Cookery teacher, Maam Angelita Bautista as well as
from the video lessons.

Cabay NHS PROJECT WOW – Workshop On Wheels Due to educational disruption made by COVID-19 pandemic, the
schoolDIGGERS
conceptualized a project that will ensure the students assessment as an integral part of the instruction as it determines
whether the goals of education are being met. Learners will demonstrate their understanding of the subject matter
specifically in Technical-Skills Based Courses in TVL-Home Economics as it is critical to learning process; it is essential to
the evaluation of the goals and standards in the attainment of each competencies in the programs.

Bread and Pastry Production

The different bread and pastries prepared by Grade 11 TVL- JLRG

students. This includes pandesal, soft roll, cookies and pies. The CNHS
SHS team expressed their deepest gratitude to the parents of the
students for supporting the needs of their children and to Sangguniang
Barangay of Cabay for allowing us to use their facility to make this
project possible.

The Baking Class of Mrs. Mary Jane Ontoy with Grade 11 JLRG TVL students at Cabay Barangay
Hall. The tools and equipment of CNHS TVL Lab for baking were transferred to the venue and the
students provided their own ingredients. They followed health protocols and laboratory safety practices.

Our JDVP orientation were held on November 18, 2021which ensure a poper orientation
among our parents on the implementation of the JDVP activities, assessment, training and
schedule following the IATF health protocols.

The first and second week of JDVP implementation were successfully

accomplished through the modular and limited face to face. It was scheduled morning and afternoon to avoid
crowded audience and closed monitoring of activities applying all the skills llneeded in the assessment.
