RESOLUTION NO. 2023-01

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE 24 M X 48 M SOLIMAN

E.C. HAZARDOUS WASTE STORAGE AT BARANGAY EDEN, MEXICO, PROVINCE OF
PAMPANGA

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Brgy. Eden, Mexico, Pampanga, one of their
session assembled, do hereby agreed to pass a resolution allowing the construction of the
Hazardous Waste Storage;

WHEREAS, the construction of the Hazardous Waste Storage would help reduce
adverse effects to human health and the environment brought by toxic chemicals and
hazardous waste;

WHEREAS, it is our duty and responsibility to respond the call of environmental

protection through;

WHEREAS, in support for the implementation of Republic Act 6969 (Toxic Substances
and Hazardous and Nuclear Waste Control Act of 1990) there is a need to construct such facility
through the efforts of SOLIMAN E.C. SEPTIC TANK DISPOSAL;

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved as it is hereby resolved upon the unanimous

presented, it was;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that this Resolution be forwarded to the Sangguniang Bayan of

the Municipality of Mexico, Pampanga for its favorable consideration.
