1. What are your key learning points for the recent week?
- Growth Hacking: This is a marketing approach that's gained
prominence in recent years, focusing on rapid and cost-effective growth. It's
especially valuable for startups looking to acquire users or customers while
operating on limited budgets.
- Cross-Functional Growth Hacking Team: In a growth hacking team,
you typically find a mix of skills, including marketers, developers, engineers, and
product managers. The collaboration of these individuals aims to develop and
engage the user base through innovative and unconventional methods.
- Product-Market Fit (PMF): A crucial aspect for any startup, PMF
refers to the alignment of your product or service with the needs and preferences of
your target market. Achieving PMF is a significant milestone for any business.
- Customer Retention: This is a key concern in growth hacking.
Acquiring users is one thing but retaining them is equally important. A leaky bucket
analogy is often used, meaning you don't want to pour water into a bucket with holes
(high customer churn).

I particularly like the concept of "Growth Hacking." It's an approach that's all
about innovation and out-of-the-box thinking. It challenges traditional marketing
and encourages businesses to find clever, low-cost alternatives to attract and keep
customers. This resonates with the dynamic nature of business in the digital age.
3. Is there any learning point that you find difficult to understand? Is
there any doubt?
The lesson is without any specific points that are notably challenging or
difficult to understand.

previous thinking?
The idea of a "Sticky Business Model" is somewhat novel. It emphasizes the
importance of not just acquiring users, but also keeping them engaged and satisfied.
This concept reinforces the idea that customer retention is a pivotal element in
business success.
A "Sticky Business Model" is a relatively new concept in the realm of
entrepreneurship and business strategy. It places a significant emphasis on customer
retention as a core component of long-term success. The idea behind a sticky
business model is to not only focus on acquiring new users or customers but also on
keeping them engaged, satisfied, and loyal to the product or service.
5. Which entrepreneurship topic will you research further? And how?
I would choose to delve deeper into "Monetization (Meaningful Profits)."
Understanding how to generate substantial and sustainable profits from a business is
at the heart of entrepreneurship. This would involve researching different
monetization strategies such as subscription models, freemium approaches, and
advertising revenue, and how they can be applied effectively.

One personal experience is that many successful tech companies have grown
rapidly by using viral marketing, referral programs, and social media to acquire and
retain users.

Referral Programs: Referral programs provide existing users with incentives
to refer new users to a service. The benefit often extends to both the referrer and the
referee. This approach encourages organic growth through personal connections and
recommendations. Companies like Uber, Dropbox, and Airbnb have harnessed the
power of referral programs to expand their user bases rapidly.
Social Media: Social media platforms offer an excellent opportunity for
businesses to connect with their target audience. Through engaging content, active
participation in conversations, and leveraging trending topics, companies can attract
and retain users. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn have all used social
media effectively to grow their user bases. They create content that resonates with
their audience and use targeted advertising to reach potential users.

If I were to apply these concepts to developing a venture:
I would focus on forming a cross-functional team with a mix of skills to
implement growth hacking strategies effectively.
The pursuit of achieving a product-market fit would be a top priority in my
business plan.
