1 INTRODUCTION

A ready-to-use cementitious mortar, Renderoc FC effectively addresses minor imperfections in

concrete and masonry surfaces ranging from feather edge to 3 mm. Requiring only the addition of
water on-site, it exhibits excellent bonding without the need for an independent primer. This
versatile solution serves multiple purposes, including filling pinholes before overcoating,
reprofiling over significant areas acting as a fairing coat with other Renderoc mortars, and filling
superficial cracks in walls.

2 SCOPE OF APPLICATION

SAC Co. has selected Renderoc FC as the construction material for the EPC project of installing PWT,
CPF BADRA in the Republic of Iraq. This material will be used for concrete repair after the casting
process for the pipe Calvert, slipper, and manhole of the oily water system catch basin for the
Stormwater system, as well as the valve bit for the firefighting system.
The decision was made based on the specification of the reinforced concrete that alignment with the
material requirements with the specifications detailed in the concrete works specification document
No.GB1516-SAC-240-CV-SP-0002.
