reproductive system.

Activity: NAME ME!

Show a diagram a female reproductive
system and ask the learners to label the
different parts.

OVARY
FALLOPIAN TUBES
UTERUS
VAGINA
CERVIX

Process Questions:

1. Are all parts of the diagram important?

2. What do you think are the main functions
of female reproductive system? Are they all
connected?

I will show a short video about the parts

and functions of Female Reproductive
System. Watch and understand it clearly.
While watching the video take down notes
some important details.

EXPLORE Activity: Matching Game

Provide each student with a set of cards

containing the names of different parts of
the female reproductive system.
Instruct the students to match each term
with its possible function.
Encourage students to work
collaboratively in pairs or small groups.
Walk around the classroom to observe and
provide assistance as needed.

EXPLAIN After the activity, facilitate a class

discussion to review the correct answers.

-Ask students to explain the functions of

each part of the female reproductive
system.
-Clarify any misconceptions and ensure
that all students have a clear understanding
of the topic.

Process Questions:
1. What are the functions of the ovary?
2. What are the functions of the fallopian
tube?
3. What are the functions of the uterus?
4.What are the functions of the vagina?
5.What are the functions of the cervix?

ELABORATE Activity: Charades Game

Divide the class into two teams. Write down
terms related to the female reproductive
system on small pieces of paper and put
them in a bowl. Each team takes turns
sending one member to pick a paper and
act out the term silently, while the rest of the
team guesses the term. The team that
guesses correctly earns a point.

EVALUATE Asks:

1.Why is it important to understand the

functions of the female reproductive
system?
2.How can a healthy lifestyle contribute to
the proper functioning of the female
reproductive system?
