Important Requirements
 It’s the responsibility of the Execution Job Site Supervisor and Safety Representative (SA, Contractor and Sub Contractor) to ensure all assigned
workers have full knowledge of the JSA requirements.
 The sharing of the JSA should be shared in the employees “mother tongue”.
 Employees are to sign the acknowledgement sheet that they fully understand the JSA requirements.
 Any changes to the work activities the JSA to be updated and approved.
 The pre-start of work discussions, must include the actual activities of the day as included in the JSA.
 Execution Job Site Supervisor (SA, Contractor and Sub Contractor) is required to be present on the work site at al times.
