At the end of the lesson, the students will be able to:
A. Identify the six components of skill related fitness which is the balance, coordination,
reaction time, agility, speed, and power.
B. Demonstrate the skill related fitness components.
C. Apply the six skill-related fitness components by making a training program.

B. Review
Last meeting, we discussed about the six components of skill related fitness. Now we
will have a short activity about that to refresh our minds with that topic.

C. Learning Activities:
In this activity, each student will make a training program showing the six components
of skill related fitness. After that each student will present their own training program in
front of the class. See the criteria below.

- I can move fast, which is one of my strengths. However, I struggle with balance,
which is one of my weaknesses.

-The activity was enjoyable but exhausting.

The class will be divided into 6 groups and each group will make a performance about
the components of skill related fitness. It can be done through dancing, singing, acting
etc. This will be graded by group, and it will perform in the next meeting.
