reaction time, agility, speed, and power.
B. Demonstrate the skill related fitness components.
C. Apply the six skill-related fitness components by making a training program.

Last meeting, we discussed about the six components of skill related fitness. Now we
will have a short activity about that to refresh our minds with that topic.

What you we’re going to do for this day is the applying of what we have learned last
meeting and that is the skill related fitness and it’s components.

In this activity, each student will make a training program showing the six components
of skill related fitness. After that each student will present their own training program in
front of the class. See the criteria below.
