It was notice on 12/10/15, the structural steel kingpost at B2, column line coordinates X7-Y7 and the cast-in-place
concrete column at B1, column line coordinates X7-Y7 are not in vertical axes/alignment whereas the column appear
to off-set by 10-15+ cm. Delta must submit immediately their remedial works method statement for MVN approval

RFI-004 has been generated to MVN by

Delta addressing this issuewith a recommendationto adda fabricated steel plate to be attached to the kingpost.
