    Excerpts from the minutes of the meeting held at Grade V-Galileo’s Room on September 30,

    2021

    The meeting was called to order at 9:00 in the morning. A prayer was done before

    proceeding to the agenda to be discussed. The SBFP Coordinator discussed the Memorandum

    regarding the conduct of SBFP and she oriented the parent’s recipient about the program. The

    parents were informed by the scheduled and time of the release of the commodities and what are

    the commodities itself. The parents eagerly participated with the orientation. I gave each grade

    level time to get the commoditities so that we can follow health and safety protocol. And so that

    it will not be crowded. The meeting ended at around 11:00 in the morning.
