ST. CLARE COLLEGE OF CALOOCAN

students because the area is highly populated with educational

institutions. Unlike other restaurants, quick food establishments, and food
vendors. Hotdog on Wheels operates as a food truck, which means it is
variable in its operations in its establishment where it sells its goods. It
also serves as a marketing strategy because as they travel, the products
and Hotdog on Wheels itself will be promoted, and because the service
is moving to different places and we provide social media’s so that
people can see the business all over their feed like Facebook,Youtube
and Tiktok. the target market expands, which means the customers
expand as well, making the business variable and capable of meeting the
expected income of one million pesos per year.

Chapter I- Introduction

Name of the Business

Hotdog on wheel's main office is located at #30 Cattleya St. Cecilia

Subd. Barangay 168 Caloocan City. The Hotdog on wheels was owned by
Ms.Erica Mae Cutamora, in partnership with her former classmate in
College, Ms. Kynesha Daphne Tamayo and KC Neth Sarondo.

It was entitled “Hotdog on Wheels” because of the combination

words Hotdog and the truck Wheels. Hotdog is the main variable in the
recipe of the product. Wheels, as defined by dictionaries, are a
transportation or service that is fast in getting something or someone to
somewhere.

Nature of the Business

Nowadays people do not have enough time to do all they desire,

including making tasty and healthful cuisine. After a long day at work, we
need comfort meals like crispy fried chicken, juicy burgers, or cheesy
pizza. It sometimes appears that the meals we want are the least healthy,

5
ST. CLARE COLLEGE OF CALOOCAN

such as fast food. If you enjoy eating fast food, you are usually primarily
concerned with how the meal tastes. But what if I told you that you should
also consider the short and long-term consequences of your next burger
and fries combination? Would you still engage in your bad habit?

Caloocan, particularly Almar, is a populous and busy place that, like

other urban areas, attracts a variety of fast food outlets and eateries.
Hotdog on a Wheel. Using their own transportable restaurant, they would
want to bring a new method of providing wholesome, delicious, and
economical snacks. The proprietors devised the concept of Hotdog
Overload, which is currently popular on all social media platforms,
particularly Tiktok. They get this concept from an influencer or blogger who
has previously brought it to the public. Hotdog on wheels will give a unique
version of Hotdog Overload and transform it into a tasty cost-effective
snack.

Business Location

Hotdog on Wheels comes up with the idea of finding a huge market

in a different location. This idea will give our company a huge advantage
over our competitors why? Because Our business can move from one
place to another.

The first location that we

choose is the Petron Zabarte Almar.
We choose this because we see that
it has a huge space where we can
cater for a huge amount of

6
ST. CLARE COLLEGE OF CALOOCAN

customers. And this location is accessible to all the target markets most
especially to students. Here’s the virtual map of the actual location.

This Petron location will use from the morning until the afternoon.
After that schedule, our Van will go to.

Another location which is Saranay Road which will run in the

evening. We all know that this location is quite popular for those
Millennials or Generation Z that want to chill with them in the evening. And
this location has a huge space for our business and we can assure you
that we will meet our market.

7
ST. CLARE COLLEGE OF CALOOCAN

Business Logo and Tagline

Our logo describes the mobile car with a hot dog image in between
with 4 wheels with appealing colors. These types of carts are generally
used by street food sellers to sell snacks. Hotdog is a kind of snack or junk
food with lots of filling inside a long foot bun which is very popular.

And also, that's why we chose the tagline "Let's enjoy fast and
healthy food" because our company is different from other businesses that
don't have any other variants but unlike us, the product is very unique
because our main goal is for those who want to eat and to have healthy
fast food. Our hotdog variant is more on vegetables like Lettuce, Tomato,
and Cucumber. And that's why we thought that the color red should be
used in our logo because the red color attracts the eye when talking about
food
