Waiter: Shall I serve the coffee/tea? For you
ma’am/sir?
Guest: Yes, please.
(serve the coffee/tea)
Waiter: Shall I open the bottle of water for you
ma’am/sir?
Guest: Yes, sure.
(open the bottle of water)
Waiter: Is there anything else I can do for you?
Guest: None, thank you.
Waiter: “May I present the bill?”
Guest: Yes, sure.
(present the bill in a bill folder with the figures
faced down)
Waiter: Your bill will be charge on your hotel
room, can I have you signature ma’am/sir?
Guest: Yes.
(give the bill folder and a pen)
Waiter: Thank you, Ma’am! Once you are done
eating you can put the tray at the table outside
so that the room service waiter can get it from
you. Thank you very much. Enjoy the meal and
have a nice day.
