ሳይሆን ለቁጥጥር ባማይመች እና ለክትትል ለቁጥጥር በማያመች መልኩ የተለያየ ባንክ እየገባ መሆኑ እንደዚሁም
የገባበት ማስረጃ በሰአቱ ለሂሳብ ክፍል አይደረስም ፡፡

-የድርጅቱ አሰራር ወጥ የዘመነ ማድረግ እየተቻለ በየጊዜው በስሜት እና በመሰለኝ እሚሰሩ ስራዎች ለድርጅቱ
አሰራር ፣ለደንበኞች እርካታ እንደዚሁም ለሰራተኛው ሞራል እና ተነሳሽነት ላይ ተጽእኖ ያሳድራል፡፡ወጪ
አወጥ፤ለእንግዳ ተመጣጣኝ እና ቀልጣፋ አገልግሎት አለመስጠት ( ሜኑ ዋጋ ቋሚ የፕሮግራም ሲዘጋጅ /

በግሌ መጀመሪያ ከድርጅቱ ባለቤት እንደዘሁም በሰዓቱ ከነበረው ስራ አስኪያጅ የስራ ውል ስንፈፅም
ስራዬ ከጨረስኩ መውጣት እንደምችል ተነጋግርን እያለ ማቅረብ መስራት ያለበኝ ሪፖርት በወቅቱ እና
በሰዓቱ እያቀረብኩ ዕየሰራሁ ከስራዬ ውጪ ከጉዳይ ማስፈጸም እሰከቻልኩት አስፈላጊውን እርዳታ
ትብብር ለድርጅቱ እያደረኩ ለምን በየጊዜው ያላስፈላጊ ግጭት እና ያለመተማመን ውስጥ እንገባለን ?
እኔ እኮ ከዚህ በፊትም በደረሰብኝ ነገር ድርጅቱ ምንም አይነት ሃላፍትና ከለላም ማስተካከያ ፍርድ
አልሰጠኝም ቃል በቃል መናገር አይጠበቅብኝም፡፡ እኔ 1 አመት ቢሞላኝ የቤተኝነት የኔነት ስሜት እንጂ
የጥጋብ ያልነበረ አስተሳሰብ አመለካከት አሰራር አመጣሁ ብዬ በግሌ አላስብም ባለሙያነኝ ሙያዬን
አከብራለሁ በስራ ነው እማምነው ፡፡ እኔ እሰከ ዛሬ ከዚሕ ወጥቼ የተለየየ ቦታ በሂሳብ ጉዳይም ሆነ በሌ
ጉዳይ ሩቅ ቦታ ጉዳይ ላስፈጽም ስወጣ ድርጅቱ ለእኔ ከውሎ አበል እሰከ ትርፍ ሰዓት ክፍያ ለኔ
ማሰብ እንዳለበት ያለማወቅ አይደለም ነገር ግን እንኳን ድርጅቱ ይሔ አስቦ ሊያደርግልኝ ይቅርና በቅጡ
ምስጋና አላገኘሁም ፡፡

-በሰው ትከሻ ከአፍ መንተፈው በአንዱ አይመሮ ልፋት እራስን ለማስወደድ መሞኮር ያላስፈላጊ መሸፋፈን
ስለሆነ መቅረት ካለበት ካሁነ መቅርት አለበት

ሁሉም በተቀመጠበት ሀላፊነት አለበት ሀላፊነቱ በአግባቡ መወጣት ፤እርስ በራስ አለመሸፋፈን ፤ሰራተኛ
በስራው መመዘን ፤ሰራተኛው መስራት ያለበት እንደየአስፈላጊነቱ በአግባቡ በሰዓቱ ከሰራ ትልቁ
ሀላፍትናውን ተወጥቷል በተለይ ሀላፊነት ላይ ያለን እኛ ድርጅቱ በተሰጠን ሙያዊ ሀላፊነት ድርጅቱ
እንድንጠብቅ እንድንገመግም እንድናሳድግ የድርሻችን እየተወጣን አይደለም እንደውም አንድ ቦታ እና አንድ

አስርቱ የዙልሂጃ ቀናት ወርቃማ ቀናቶች
ጌታችን አላህ በራሱ ካላቃቸው እና ካከበራቸው አራት ወራቶች መካከል የዙልሒጃ ወር አንዱ ነው:: ከቀናቶች
ሁሉ ብልጫ ያላቸው አስር ቀናቶችም ያሉት በዚሁ በተከበረው የዙልሒጃ ወር ውስጥ ነው::
እነዚህ አስር ውድ ቀናቶችም ጌታችን አላህ(ሱወ) ምሎባቸዋል::
የአላህ መልዕክተኛ (‫ )هللا عليه وسلم‬እንዲህ ብለዋል፤
ጃቢር ኢብኑ ዓብዲላህ ባስተላለፉት ሀዲስ የአላህ መልዕክተኛ ‫ هللا عليه وسلم‬እንዲህ ብለዋል «ከዱንያ ቀናት
ሁሉ ብልጫ ያላቸው፤ አስርቱ የዙልሂጃ ቀናት ናቸው » አልበዛር እና አልሐይሰሚይ ዘግበዉታል አልባኒም ሰሂህ
ብለዉታል (ሰሂሁል ጃሚዕ 1133)
በነዚህ ውድ ቀናቶች የሚሰሩ መልካም ስራዎች አላህ ዘንድ እጅግ ተወዳጅ እና በላጭ ናቸው::
ከኢብኑ ዓባስ በተዘገበ ሀዲስ የአላህ መልዕክተኛ እንዲህ ብለዋል፤ «በነዚህ አስር ቀናቶች ውስጥ ከሚፈጸም
መልካም ስራዎች በበለጠ መልካም ስራዎች አላህ ዘንድ የተወደዱ የሚሆኑባቸው ቀናት የሉም፤ “በአላህ
መንገድ ላይ የሚደረግ ጂሀድም ጭምር?” ተባሉ። እርሳቸውም፤ “ራሱንና ንብረቱን ይዞ ወጥቶ ምንም
ያልተመለሰለት ሰው ሲቀር ጂሀድም ከዚህ አይበልጥም” አሉ።» ቡኻሪ ዘግበውታል
በመሆኑም እነዚህን ውድ ቀናቶች በተገቢው መልኩ ልንጠቀምባቸው ይገባል:: በነዚህ ውድ ቀናቶች ከሚወደዱ
ኢባዳዎች መካከል:-
1. ጾም ከስራዎች ሁሉ በላጭ ነውና በእነዚህ ቀናት መጾም እጅግ የተወደደ ነው። የአላህ መልዕክተኛ ዘጠኙን
የዙልሂጃ ቀናት ይጾሙ እንደነበር ተዘግቧል። (አስረኛው ቀን ግን ዒድ ስለሆነ አይጾምም)
2. ዚክሮችን ማብዛት ቁርዓን መቅራት ፤ አላህን ማመስገን (አልሀምዱሊላህ) ፣ ተክቢር፣ ተስቢህ(ሱብሀነላህ)
እና ተህሊል (ላ ኢላሀ ኢለላህ)፤ ኢባዳዉን ለማስታወስና የአላህን ስም ከፍ ለማድረግ በተለያዩ አጋጣሚዎች
ድምጽን ከፍ አድርጎ እነዚህን ዚክሮች ማድረግ ይወደዳል።
ዓብዱላህ ኢብኑ ዑመር ባስተላለፉት ሀዲስ ነብዩ‫ ه‬እንዲህ ብለዋል፤«ከእነዚህ አስር ቀናት በበለጠ አላህ ዘንድ
ታላቅ የሆኑና መልካም ስራ እጅግ የተወደደባቸው ቀናት የሉም፤ ስለዚህ ተህሊል ተክቢር እና ተህሚድ አብዙ»
አል ኢማም አህመድ ዘግበውታል
3. ሐጅ ማድረግ በነዚህ ቀናት ውስጥ ከሚፈጸሙ መልካም ስራዎች መካከል ሐጅ ማድረግ ይገኝበታል፤ በነዚህ
አስር ቀናት አቅሙ ለቻለ ሰው የሐጅ ዒባዳ ላይ ተገኝቶ በተገቢው መልኩ ከፈጸመው በአላህ ፍቃድ ከተከታዩ
የአላህ መልዕክተኛ‫ ه‬ብስራት ድርሻ ይኖረዋል፤
ከአቡ ሁረይራ በተላለፈ ሀዲስ የአላህ መልዕክተኛ‫ ه‬እንዲህ ብለዋል፤ «ከወንጀል የራቀና ተቀባይነት ያለው ሐጅ
(አል-ሐጅ አል-መብሩር) ምንዳው ጀነት እንጂ ሌላ አይደለም፡፡» ቡኻሪና ሙስሊም ተስማምተውበታል
4. ኡድሂያ- በነዚህ አስር ቀናት ከተወደዱ ተግባሮች መካከል ኡድሂያን በማረድ ወደአላህ መቃረብ ነው።
ኡድሂያን ለማረድ ያቀደ ሰው የዙልሂጃ ወር ከገባ ጥፍሩንና ጸጉሩን መቁረጥ የለበትም::
5. የፈርድ ሰላቶችንን ጠብቆ በጀምዓ መስገድ፣ የሱና እና የለሊት ሰላቶችን ማብዛት
6. ለወላጆች መልካም መዋል
7. ለተቸገሩ ወገኖች ሰደቃ ማብዛት
8. የታሰረን ወይም የታመመን ሰው መጠየቅ፣
9. ዝምድናን መቀጠል፣
10. ለራሳችንም ለሀገራችንም ለኡማውም በብዛት ዱዓን ማብዛት ያስፈልጋል።
11. ተውበት ማድረግ
በነዚህ ውድ ቀናቶች ከተጠቀሱት ውጪ ያሉትንም መልካም ስራዎች በሙሉ መስራት ምንዳው ላቅ ያለ ነው::

Front office is the first department of hotel which comes in


guest contact both time guest arrival and the last department when
they depart from the hotel. This department performs the various
functions like reservation, registration, room assignment and bill
settlements for the coming guest. The front office is also called the
nerve center of the hotel. This department is one of the major
operational and revenue producing department of the hotel which
generate two third of the revenue earned by hotel from the sale of
the guest room.
